Common questions

How do I create a project?

Share HTML prototypes from your dashboard, or tell your connected agent to “share with Inflight.” If you're prototyping in HTML, we'll give you a shareable link to send out. If you're working in a repo, your agent adds Inflight to any deployment preview link.

Which deployments work with Inflight?

Any host that gives you a preview URL per push, like Vercel, Netlify, or your own custom setup. If you can share a prototype link, you can use Inflight.

Will the feedback toolkit slow down my site?

The script loads asynchronously, so it never blocks your page from rendering.

Do reviewers need an account?

No. Anyone with the link can leave feedback under a display name. Members sign in with email, Google, or SSO when they want to publish and manage their own work.

How do reviewers leave feedback?

Reviewers open your prototype link like normal, only now the Inflight toolkit lets them pin comments, record video feedback, vote on polls, and more. If you’ve connected Slack, they can also reply in the Slack thread and their replies sync to Inflight automatically.

How does the Slack connection work?

Connect Slack in Settings → Integrations and pick the channels Inflight should join. When someone posts an Inflight link in one of them, comments left in the toolkit post to the Slack thread, and Slack replies show up in the toolkit automatically. All feedback is available through the MCP, wherever it was left.

How do I install the MCP?

Run one command in Claude Code or Codex, add a connector in Claude Desktop, or add a line to Cursor’s config. Approve the sign-in in your browser once.

What can my agent do with the feedback?

Pull comment threads, video transcripts, and next steps for a version, make the changes, and check each step off. Reviewers see progress live in the toolkit.

Can I limit who sees my work?

Yes. Your dashboard is visible to workspace members only, and you can add a password to any build from the toolkit’s Share menu. New versions inherit it, and changing it ends every open session.

Is Inflight SOC 2 compliant?

Yes. Inflight is SOC 2 Type 2 audited. Previews and feedback are encrypted at rest and in transit. We don’t train AI models on your data, and you can delete any project or comment at any time.
